February Half-Term 'Fund-Raisin' Challenge

This February half-term the children at Ferncumbe school were set a challenge to raise money for their school playground.

The Friends of Ferncumbe provided each child with a box of raisins as a Valentine's gift.  We challenged the children to show us their love by using their raisin box to collect donations from friends, family and neighbours.  By doing jobs at home and in the local community they showed us just how much they care about the playground fundraising project. 

Learning the value of hard work, community spirit and teamwork we thank all of our Ferncumbe families for helping to raise an amazing £377. Thank you!
